1. Shipping Within Pakistan
At SpizeMart, we offer fast and reliable shipping across Pakistan using trusted couriers like TCS, Leopard Courier, and BlueEx.

Standard Shipping (Nationwide): 2-5 business days (major cities: 1-3 days, remote areas: 4-5 days).

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available in selected cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad).

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders. No advance payment required.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): PKR 150-300
- Other Cities: PKR 200-400
- Remote Areas: PKR 400-600

2. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to UAE, UK, USA, and Saudi Arabia via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
- Customs duties and taxes: Customer's responsibility

3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. Track your parcel on the courier's website (TCS/Leopards app).
5. Non-Delivery & Returns
- If address incorrect or customer unavailable 3 times, parcel returns to us. Reshipment charges apply.

6. Shipping Holidays
We don't ship on public holidays like Eid, public holidays. Delays may occur during peak seasons (Ramadan, Black Friday).
